The challenge
Five departments ran across an in-house application and four separate third-party systems, with no central database and limited visibility between departments.
The solution
One platform on a shared database, delivered module by module, connected to the UPS Tracking API, airway bill scans, Microsoft Dynamics and an e-billing portal.
The result
Five of six modules live since 2023, used by more than 300 people across five departments. The Operations module is in development, and we still run and support the system.
