What the contact form collects

When you send an enquiry, we receive what you type:

• your name and email address (required)
• your company and phone number (optional)
• the type of work you need and your description of it
• a rough budget, if you choose one

Along with it, our server records the time of the enquiry, your IP address and your browser's user-agent string, to help us spot abuse. To stop automated flooding, a one-way hash of your IP address is also kept for up to one hour to limit how many enquiries can be sent from one connection.

We use this information only to reply to your enquiry.

Where enquiries are processed

The form is handled by our own script on this website, not by a third-party form service. The website is hosted by Namecheap. Each enquiry is saved to a private file on that server, which is not reachable from the web, and emailed to support@streamline-dev.com through Namecheap's mail server.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to see how visitors use this site. Its cookies are only set if you choose "Accept" in the cookie banner. If you choose "Reject", or make no choice, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.

Your choice itself is remembered in your browser's local storage so we do not ask on every page. We run no advertising and no ad tracking.

Fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers when a page loads. The LinkedIn and WhatsApp links are ordinary links; nothing from those services is embedded in our pages.

How long we keep enquiries

We delete enquiries 12 months after our last contact with you.
